1. When AI is used
Some engagements are delivered fully or partly by AI agent workflows, under a delivery mode (AI-only or AI + human) a founder explicitly chooses. This choice is never hidden from our own operational records, and is always subject to a QA and founder sign-off gate before you receive anything.
2. Human review
AI-produced work for an AI + human engagement is reviewed or refined by an approved freelance specialist before delivery. AI-only work still passes a founder review gate.
3. No autonomous business decisions
AI agents do not autonomously set pricing, hire or remove freelancers, issue refunds, or approve their own final output - those remain founder-controlled actions.
