1. Client deliverables
Ownership of the specific deliverable produced for your engagement is as agreed in your Service Terms and confirmed at checkout - see the commercial terms shown before you pay.
2. Pre-existing and reusable components
Where a deliverable is built on pre-existing tools, templates, or components we or a freelancer already own, that underlying component is not itself assigned to you unless explicitly agreed.
3. Third-party services disclosure
Where your deliverable depends on a third-party service (a hosting provider, an API, a platform), that dependency and its own terms are disclosed before checkout - it remains governed by that third party's own terms.
